For my asset pack, I want to build assets that have an elemental theme, (Fire, Ice, etc.) For now I will be making weaponsas as shooting and action games are the most popular games, so the market for this asset pack is already there.
While Looking through the Unity store, I discovered an interesting idea- Instead of developing multiple versions of the same weapon, create different textures for one object, a fire texture and ice texture for just one weapon. For example:
So far I have developed silhouettes for the weapons I want to build, my next step will be to add colour to the designs and start blocking them out in 3Ds Max: (I plan on using fire, ice and acid for the theme of my weapons and I will create more if I can.)
